Savasana? Yes, sometimes the hardest part of the home practice is to sit still for 10 minutes at the end without a teacher. We offer you this clip from the end of one of our classes so you can take a guided savasana to complete your practice. Remember savasana is the “cream” of the asana class so don’t skip out, it is when the body integrates all the benefits of the practice. The Savasana is about 10 minutes with a concluding chant making it about a 12 minute track. Not sure what Savasana is for? Please read the Five Points of Yoga article.
This is also a great stand alone practice if you ever need a recharge in your day.
